New house with wired ADT, want to move IQ4 Panel and have some questions

I currently have an IQ4 Panel and some wireless sensors at our current house. I installed it about a year ago and everything was straight forward. We just purchased a new house that has an ADT system and wired sensors. I want to bring my IQ4 and replace the ADT panel. I did some research and it looks like I’ll need to purchase a Qolsys IQ Hardwire 16F to replace the Vista 20P. I attached some photos.

Am I looking at this right or do I need to purchase anything else for the conversion? Thank you.

That’s correct, if you have the 319.5 mhz version of the IQ Panel 4, you could use the Hardwire 16F to replace the Vista and reuse the wired sensors.

The other option would be the PowerG Hardwire Takeover here.

Either of those would work. I always recommend replacing the backup battery rather than reusing the old one there when taking over the system to be sure the backup battery is reliable.
