New Cellular Module

I am upgrading a Verizon CDMA cell module in my GC3 panel to a Verizon LTE module. Do I need to send you a secure message with the ID# or just do a “Cell Radio Swap” (or whatever the Icon is labeled) in the panel?

The module ID that is tied to your Alarm.com account is controlled by your current service provider, so if you have active service with suretyDIY and you are switching to a different module, you would need to submit a secure message to suretyDIY containing the module communication module ID# and a request to swap the number.

You would then receive a confirmation email when this is processed along with instruction to connect the new module to service.
