I purchased a new cellular module and it is not working. Once swapped the cell module using my GC3 panel swap cell module feature. Once I swapped them bot the unit are having issues. I am running software 3.1.3 for at least a year now. I had no issue with my 3G unit until I swapped it back. Now both are not responding as they should. I fully powered the units off and waited for over 10 minutes but have no success in getting them working. How do I resolve my issues?
