Can anyone help with not being able to complete the cellular test? Also the ring doorbell is red and not working. We are transferring from the expired Safe Haven subscription that came with our home to basically the same self monitor plan with Surety. We were able to use our same equipment that is already installed in the home.
What happened when you tried to run the cell test? I pinged your system’s module, and it is responding via broadband and cellular.

To clarify, are you referring to the company Ring, or are you talking about the light on the doorbell? Ring video doorbells are not compatible with Alarm.com and we are unable to provide support for them.
