New Account not sending notifications to phone

After closing my initial account, I just reactivated service, but I’m not received notification arm or disarm to cellphone, but can physically arm and disarm from cellphone. …?

Have you added your phone as a push device or SMS text contact in your user page? In your Alarm.com account, head to users and you can customize your contact addresses.

Then, under the Notifications tab, you can select the desired recipients of an Arming/Disarming notification you create.
