Both alarm.com PC and phone app show ISSUES Malfunction (Kitchen Thermostat)Malfunction (Master Bedroom Thermostat) empower on the PC shows my Nest thermostats are offline, but I am able to access them on my alarm.com phone app and change the temperature just fine and they both are connected to my network and I can access them through Nest

Have the thermostats been reporting malfunction since set up or is this a more recent issue?
You will want to try logging out of Nest and reconnecting your Nest account to your alarm.com account. Any change?
This was a more recent issue, and as you suggested, breaking the link with my Nest account and then reconnecting my Nest account to my alarm.com account fixed my problem. Thanks for you support.
