Hi, We have a Nest thermostat and a 2GIG system powered by SuretyDIY. I read somewhere that it’s possible to integrate Nest and 2GIG so that the thermostat may be alerted/acted upon from alert.com. However, I cannot find the options to do it on either the 2GIG or alarm.com. Can you instruct me how to get this set up? Thanks.
Do you have the empower/zwave add on? it is under thermostats.

The Nest does not directly integrate with 2GIG, it does so with the Alarm.com back-end.
This requires emPower automation (Gold Interactive).
You would not see this on Basic Interactive accounts (looks like the account in question is using Basic)
