Hi, my old MyQ Chamberlain garage door opener died today and I had to replace it. Can I get someone to reset my gateway so i can add the new opener in there?

No problem, I have sent a command for you to clear out the Gateway. Wait a few minutes then you should be able to go ahead and re-install the new door under Settings > Devices > Automation Devices > Liftmaster Installation in the Alarm.com website.

I entered the serial for the gateway and it took a while for the automation devices to come up. I clicked the +lift master and followed the directions but it never connects to the opener. I have a Chamberlain B1381 if that helps.
The B1381 is a MyQ overhead with built in Wifi Gateway. Is the serial number you entered the MyQ serial number off of the Overhead unit itself?
No, that was the internet gateway that I had to buy with the last garage door. If I need to enter the serial from my opener, I’ll need you to reset it again.
No problem, I have sent a command to remove that Gateway. Yes, your Wifi overhead should act as its own Gateway. Add the MyQ Serial number printed on the overhead controller.
