I have a chamberlain MyQ garage door opener (built in wifi). I need to update the wifi settings but the MyQ app says it can’t because it’s associated with an alarm.com account. Can someone please advise how I can do this?
You should be able to follow the steps linked below to reset the wifi. MyQ instructions all reference using the MyQ app, but this cannot be done through the Alarm.com app. All you would need is the connect to wifi steps.
I did try this but I couldn’t connect to the MyQ website, it was asking for a wifi password.
The AP mode is asking for a security key? Does your overhead have a security key for the ap mode on any of its labels?
