Hi, I had a cell phone set up as a push device on my account, and I no longer have that phone. I am getting a Malfunction (Samsung SM-N920P) notification on my account, but I cannot see where that device is still attached to my account, and therefore cannot remove it. Can you assist me with that?
If you have already removed that device as a Push Device under your users page, the error may persist due to it being listed as a Geoservices device instance as well.
You can delete the instance of Geoservices device by navigating to Settings > Geo-Services and click on the device under Geo-Devices.
