Need to remove Device from Alarm.com

Hi. I need to remove a device from my alarm.com account. Can you take care of that for me?

What type of device are you referring to?

If you are referring to a Z-wave device, note that remote deletion commands will only work if the device is powered down and no longer communicating with the control panel.

I see a Z-wave door lock labeled “xxxold” is this the device you would like removed? Please confirm and we would be happy to do so.

i have a similar issue with Alarm.com. I no longer have them as a service, but my garage door app MyQ keeps telling me the device is still connected to them. How can i get this removed?

You’ll need to reach out to your service provider to be sure the account was deleted, then factory reset the MyQ gateway.
