Need help in removing error on system manager

Hi, tried to add more cameras and AI deterrence to the account but i had a wrong card on file. Fixed billing, but now my account requires support to “fix”. I only have today to install and expand my home system, sent an email since Surety does not allow phone triage.

Can i get my account cleared so i can add the additional features and install my system today? Appreciate your help in advance.
