I have a Modem-Comm panel failure on my account now due to defaulting the system.

Looks like this is a DSC Powerseries Neo, is that correct? Check to see if section 382 option 5 is set to Off, it should be On.

It looks like Module Panel Comm Error is no longer an active trouble condition as reported in Alarm.com. Have you already performed some troubleshooting? Are you still seeing the error on your system locally?
