Cannot Figure out how to add A New Chamberlain MyQ opener to my system. The New Opener is a B550. I already have a Chamberlain MyQ hub controlling the Garage on the other side of the property. I have not added any devices since the web interface changed. thanks in advance
Looks like that is a Wifi overhead controller that acts as its own hub correct?
Only one hub serial can be added through the user Alarm.com site, however we can assist and add an additional hub for you. You can make the request and submit the MyQ serial number through our secure message tool here. Customer service processes requests during business hours and you’ll receive a confirmation email when complete.
