MYQ Opener Add

Hi - I’m having an issue adding my MyQ opener to my alarm.com account. I’m getting the below message followed by my Serial number I am entering. Have you seen this before?

I received that message and tried the serial, I see the same error message on our end actually. Can you double check that number for typos?
