MyQ not showing in add device

I am attempting to add two garage doors through a MyQ controller, but the only options that show under add device/garage doors are overhead door and genie. I have attempted through the app and web.

Am I missing a step?

To put it in general, basic terms you must first connect the garage controller to wifi then you must add that controller to your alarm.com account (usually via serial number)

MyQ is an optional add-on which can be enabled in the system manager. Make sure you have it enabled first by visiting the system manager here.
