MyQ issue on alarm.com, but it worked with the MyQ app

Hello! I have the MyQ Universal hub that was previously working with the MyQ app.

When I added it to alarm.com, it was able to add and see if the door was opened/closed, but was unable to actually open or close the door.

I factory reset the device, and then was unable to add the device into alarm.com

It looks like there may’ve been a connection issue earlier, as the garage door reported as offline.

Recent history shows that the garage door is now responding, and requests to open and close the door look to have been successful.

Are you still experiencing issues with the garage door?
