After replacing the battery, MyQ app is not working. It shows ‘Close Error’. Any help is appreciated
Hi, we do not provide direct support for the liftmaster/chamberlain MyQ app. You may need to reach out to them directly.
We are an Alarm.com service provider. While MyQ is compatible with that service, it is used directly through the Alarm.com app.
That being said, you may want to actuate the wall button connected to the MyQ device a few times and then refresh the app.
