MyQ integration need to be removed

We were use to be able to uncheck liftmaster integration in our client portal where all integration were listed and save it. This would remove integration if needed to use MyQ app and once done we were able to go back and recheck it to put it back on alarm.com. That entire section of your client portal is no longer there? that was extremely helpful when you guys are not available to remove integration and put it back on.

Anyway I have to use MyQ software/app per liftmaster to diagnose issue how can I log in to MyQ app now since that ability is gone. ?

You added a service plan feature which is not supported in the switching tools (Water Management Plus) which is why that is locked out now.

We can delete the MyQ devices for you from the account. Would you like all removed?

Yes please. Can you just delete the devices so once I’m done I can just go back and add them back on.

Hey have you guys ever tough if some how integrating mobile tech in to your system so people that like to DIY all the way can have more access?

Yes those were deleted. The service is still available so you can re-add them at any time.

Mobile tech is an app for technicians providing dealer level access to all accounts under a dealer. This is not accessible to users.

Yea I know how dealer tech works I use to be b36 dealer that uses same stuff.

I know you guys are pretty good with integrating stuff to your client portal I was wonder if some features from mobile tech can be somehow integrated to that area.

Always happy to forward feature requests. Most third party peripherals cannot be integrated like that though as they aren’t opened up in the ADC API.

Control over the service plan feature can be found in our system manager, but in the event of a special request or legacy feature that ability may be locked.
