MyQ Home Bridge and Alarm.com

I have a new MyQ Home Bridge (MYQ-G0303-SP) and attempting to integrate it with Alarm.com through the Add Garage Gateway. The Home Bridge is the wifi and Homelink enabled replacement for the MyQ Internet Gateway. Super simple to setup and worked immediately with 3 garage doors through the Liftmaster app.

However, when trying to add it to Alarm.com, keep receiving the message “There was an error while registering your LiftMaster MyQ Gateway. Please ensure that you have entered the correct serial number and then contact us for assistance.” The serial number on the box does not include the prefix GW and in the Liftmaster app it is displayed with the prefix GW - neither worked.

As this model is brand new, it is not listed as compatible with Alarm.com. The interface should be through the MyQ online service rather than the device itself, so I am hoping any MyQ device would be compatible.

Any thoughts on how to connect this device or contact Alarm.com to check if it will be compatible in the future?

I recall new models of compatible Overhead controllers with the Gateway built in needed to have compatibility addressed by Liftmaster and ADC. We will check with ADC regarding this model and see if there is any ETA, or knowledge of this being looked into.
