Please remove the myq garage door opener from my account. I did not realize the integrated camera would not work with Alarm.com. Thank you.
Happy to assist. Commands have been sent to remove the MyQ device from your Alarm.com account at this time. Please wait about 5 mintues for these commands to go through.
You may need to open/close the garage door via the wall button a few times in a row before pairing the MyQ device with the native MyQ app.
Only Alarm.com compatible cameras can be used with service. More information on that can be found here.
