MYQ garage door offline

So my MYQ Smart Garage Hub is showing offline in the Alarm.com app since this morning. I have rebooted the MYQ box. I see it on the network and can ping it so I know it is working but it still showing offline. From my firewall I see it connected to connect.myqdevice.com (IP 20.62.213.194 Port 8883). Any idea if there is some backend issues between MYQ and Alarm.com or is it something wrong locally? Unfortunately there isn’t much I can see for local diagnostics.

I sent a command to check the status and it immediately cleared, looks like it was just a hung status and activity hadn’t updated it yet.

Thanks Jason! It just sent me notification that it is back on-line as well.
