MyQ control from IQ4 panel?

I came across an article from awhile back that said there was a firmware update to the Qolsys IQ2 panel that let you control MyQ enable garage door openers directly from from a card on the panel, like you can with ZWave devices like the GD00Z. Is this true?
If so, I’m assuming it would work with the IQ4 panel as well? Does the IQ4 panel communicate directly with the opener over Wifi, or does it still go through Alarm.com to MyQ and then back to the panel?

myQ is also controllable via the IQ Panel 4 as well.

myQ through Alarm.com communicates with Alarm.com via the network, it does not connect to the panel directly. Control is pushed to the panel through Alarm.com.
