I’m getting some connectivity alerts on my garage door. Is there a way to reset it?
I’m not seeing an ability to remove it from the panel or ADC.
So quick update.
I realized I had changed my WiFi router password. The blinking lights on myq confirmed it wasn’t getting to my network.
I reset the WiFi on the unit and it now connects to my network (green light). However, it’s still not communicating to the panel or ADC.
Looks like you were successful in getting it reconnected. I sent a status check and it looks like the gateway acknowledged it and the offline trouble in Alarm.com has cleared.
