My panel going off when the power goes out

My panel’s alarm has been going off in the middle of the night. Is it possible to just silence the alarm off my panel when the power goes out.

The 2GIG panel has an option to delay the alarm upon a power failure.

To adjust the time to detect an AC power failure using the 2GIG GoControl:

  1. From the home screen, tap Security.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Toolbox.
  4. Enter the installer code.
  5. Tap Installer Toolbox.
  6. Tap System Configuration.
  7. Tap Go To, then enter [38 ] to go to Q38: Enter time to detect AC loss.
  8. Enter the desired interval in minutes (0-30).
  9. Tap End.
  10. Verify the settings, then tap to select Save Changes.
  11. Tap Exit. The system reboots to save the changes.
