Since GC3 now supports Schlage BE468 and F599, I am planning to install them around the house (outside doors).
Is there a way to make them all use the same physical key?
Yes, you would need a re-keying kit for the appropriate keyway (schlage). This would let you manually set the pins based on your existing key.
