I live in and own a triplex that I would like to have alarm panels in each unit. I assume the likely best way to do this is to have three separate alarm panels and accounts. I do know they can be linked, but is there any other way to do this with one account or one panel? If not, do I need to pay the monitoring fee X 3? Thanks!
Currently, none of the all-in-one panels sold on suretyDIY support partitioning. A partition would be a separately armed section of a property.
That is possible to do though with a compatible panel. The Concord 4, for example, is an Alarm.com compatible system we monitor and would allow you to set up three partitions, each with their own keypad, and each with their own sensors. This would result in a single account.
