Multi Partition IQ Pro System Question

Hi Surety Team!

Im helping a family friend install a IQ Pro system at a VERY large lakefront property they own and will be registering it with them to Surety service (already got them onboard at their primary residence with an IQP4). I have a couple of questions though. We will be using the HS2TCHP keypads. Can you provide instructions on how to assign these keypads to one partition ( 1 is house, 2 is detached garage/apartment).

Next question, in the ADC app will they be able to control both partitions independenetly?

and finally,

with monitoring, while these building are very close together, the garage/apartment has a seperate address as is a requirement in that county (they are within 600 ft of each other hince the PowerG and Pro panel choice.) Can we just add a monitoring note that zones 20-23 for example are actually at address XYZ?

We will be using the HS2TCHP keypads. Can you provide instructions on how to assign these keypads to one partition ( 1 is house, 2 is detached garage/apartment).

When using HS2TCHP keypads, you need to make sure they are on the correct firmware to function correctly. Below is a PDF with instructions on how to perform an update with an SD Card.

The keypad should learn in under a zone. You can edit the keypad partition in that section.

Next question, in the ADC app will they be able to control both partitions independenetly?

Yes, you will have two different partitions show up on the app and you will be able to arm them and disarm them separately from each other through the app.

Can we just add a monitoring note that zones 20-23 for example are actually at address XYZ?

Yes, we can place a special note on the monitoring account regarding the second address for partition 2 sensors.
