My Legacy 2 Gig motion detector will not allow me to select Loop 1 aligned with all the other motion sensors all on loop 1
It says Loop 1 is already in use.
That indicates that you already have a zone programmed into the panel for that sensor TXID using Loop 1.
If you are auto-learning sensors, motion detectors can sometimes be picked up instead of the intended device if they are between the panel and the sensor you are trying to learn. If you provide the TXID we can check which zone has it programmed already.
thank you, I found it. It was 41 and 37 duplicating. Is there a way to backup my sensors on your end?
The system is backed up automatically in Alarm.com. I just ran a manual backup for you to make sure it is current.
