Monitoring phone list issue

Hey surety team!

I had a false alarm on Friday and didn’t make it to the phone when AG called. Thankfully they didn’t dispatch since it was a false alarm but when I called to find out why they said my call list says to call all contacts before dispatch. However in my system manager I have it set for them to call after they call me. Can you guys look into why it’s different and not synced on both sides? Thanks!

Is this in reference to the Remote Video Monitoring (RVM) signal that was received that evening?

The procedure for RVM is different from that of other burglary signals. If a person is seen, operators will call the entire contact list before dispatching, unless they see suspicious or criminal activity.

In this case, operators were still making calls to the contact list when the false alarm was called in, so the signal was disregarded.
