Mobile app does not know system status after panel upgrade

Two days ago upgraded my panel from the IQ panel 2+ to the IQ panel 4. After the panel upgrade, arming and disarming from the new panel works fine. I can also use the mobile app or alarm.com website to arm the system.

However, when I use the mobile app or alarm.com website to arm the system, the app/website never understand that the system is armed. In both cases, they show that the system is “arming” and continue to flash that status for a few minutes. Eventually the mobile app gives me a notification saying “Could Not Connect. Your command has not been received by the SYSTEM. We will keep trying to connect”

I have never had this problem prior to the panel upgrade. Now, it seems like I can send signals from the mobile app/website to arm the panel, but the app/website cannot receive the status from panel. This is a major problem because I am not able to know the status of my system when I am away.

Does anyone know what could cause this problem and how to fix it?

If you open and close a couple door or window sensors do you see that activity reflected in your Alarm.com activity history?

If you update your firmware to the latest via the steps linked below, do you see the app able to get the confirmation status from the system?

After installing the 4.5.2 software update, everything seems to be working correctly now! Thank you!
