I am looking for a Company, that can add an alert to an alarm system, that will notify a person’s cell phone, when the alarm goes off. Is this something you can do? Please let me know. Thank you.

They can go much deeper than just alarm notifications. Sensor activity monitoring allows real time status of sensor to be monitored regardless of your panel’s arming status. The difference between activity monitoring and security monitoring can be found here.
