Since we currently have alarm.com products (cameras, sensors. panel) with another provider, would we still be able to mix those products with a panel and camera from surety, if we switched to them as our security provider?

Yes as long as you order the correct sensor model. Different sensors have different frequencies they work on. What is the model of your panel so I can better assist?
Another thing to note if you are doing this yourself. Sometimes dealers change the installer/dealer code on the panel so users wont be able to access programming and make changes. I would confirm you are able to access panel programming
