My alarm panel doesn’t have a SIM card, only an empty slot for one. I only realized this after setting up service. How do I go about getting one?
SIM cards for panels are not sold separately and unlike cell phones, they are not mean to be swappable.
Did you have service through another provider with this system previously, or is this a new panel purchase? I am not showing that this was purchased through Surety. If this was a new panel purchase, you will want to contact the vendor you purchased the panel from and get the panel replaced.
If possible, you can PM or email us a photo of the panel internals for review and confirmation.
