Hello,
I have to replace a thermostat so might as well make it a smart one. I got my eye on Nest. As I understand it works with ADC, but it does not support the full capabilities. I really just need to turn it ON/OFF and be able to adjust the temperature. Is that correct?
As far as quality, do you guys have a preference between Yale and Schlage locks that are compatible with GC3?
Thanks!
Just realized Baldwin makes ZWave enabled locks now. Are those ADC compatible?

No, not at this time.
Compatible equipment for the most part can be found here. Light switches are more universal and most will work fine, but for locks and thermostats you should stick to the compatibility list.

We’ve seen good physical performances from both. Schlage locks have a higher ANSI grade for residential security.

Yes, you can adjust the mode and setpoint of Nest Tstats, but you cannot remotely schedule through ADC.
