I am still extremely confused on your messging system.
I I where to chose just one method of getting critical questions answered as quicly as possible ? What would you do.

Where do I go to read my reponse when I need info NOW?
Please advise and simply your messaging / inquiry system for me.

This is the best place to go. For account specific questions, send a private message. Click the Private Message Surety button in the welcome banner at the top of this site to start a message to our team.
To view messages you have sent click the My Private Messages button in the welcome banner. You can then click the Sent tab to view messages you have sent.
You will be emailed a notification when any new response is made on any of your messages.
Posts you make can be deleted using the elipses at the bottom of a post, then clicking the trash icon.
