I just finished my initial setup including a GC2 panel, Schlage deadbolt lock, 2 thermostats and lights. Would like to add a garage door zwave device to the mix with a tilt sensor.

I have a Marantec Garage opener, im not sure if it is compatible with the MyQ retro fit package since it is not a major brand listed on their website. Is my best option going with the MyQ Garage (821LM) product? Or does anyone have experience with the Marantec openers with the MyQ retrofit package?

Marantec is not compatible. From page: “MyQ Garage will only Monitor the status of this Garage Door Opener. Replace current system with a compatible MyQ Garage Door Opener”

That said, the Liftmaster solution is not a Zwave product. It is integrated through the back-end and communicates via internet with Alarm.com.
