Per Qolsys, an issue has been discovered which can affect IQ panels manufactured between August 2020 and Early February 2021.
Affected IQ Panel 2+ models can experience an issue which may cause them to automatically reboot, potentially in a looping fashion.
Panels manufactured during that time frame will have their firmware updated to 2.5.5 within the next few days. Updates will go out automatically, no need to perform steps on the panel.
