I’m receiving the error, Malfunction (Rachio), within the mobile app and when logging into Alarm.com. I can’t access any of my Rachio zones through Alarm.com (website or app). My Rachio controller is online and accessible through the Rachio app. This occurred after the Rachio lost power but once power was restored Alarm.com never re-established the connection. Is there a way to reset the connection?
