You need the Lutron feature enabled on your account. You also need to be using an Alarm.com provider that can support Lutron Caseta because technically it’s still in beta testing by Alarm.com so not everyone has access to it. Then you would work with your Alarm.com provider to set up your Caseta Smart Bridge Pro.
