Low Battery

Hello,

I recently installed a Yale Assure front door lock. Within 1 month I began receiving a low battery warning on my 2GIG Go!Control but the batteries in the door don’t report low on the door itself. Additionally, the Z-Wave status on the Go!Control report the batteries on the door are 96%. Am I missing something?

Happy to assist! Records indicate that the the low battery alert is stemming from the Front Door sensor, not the Z-Wave Door Lock. To better assist, which model door sensor are you utilizing?
