good morning. I have low battery warning, showing on my app for my front door. I already replaced the battery twice with a new battery. Warning so it’s present shows on my app. It no longer shows on the panel. Please advise
The device showing low battery is the z-wave door lock labeled Front Door.
It looks like the front door alarm sensor has been tampered multiple times recently, is this the device you are replacing the battery in? If so, that is not the low battery device.
You can relabel devices in Alarm.com to differentiate between the two.
