Low Battery message using 2GIG Super Switch

Hello,

I just started receiving a low battery message on my sensors. All sensors with the low battery message are connected to the 2GIG Super Switch.

Does that likely mean that the backup battery in the old panel where the 2GIG Super Switch is connected needs to be replaced?

Yes, if the sensors reporting low battery are on a TAKE-345, a low battery alert indicates that the 12VDC brick battery backup connected to the TAKE would be low. This may be due to age, power loss, etc.

12VDC alarm system batteries can be found online or at hardware stores.
