I am having Low Battery Issues with my panel’s battery, it may be damaged, what can I do?
Looks like this is regarding a Simon XT panel correct?
Do you see any physical damage on the battery? Make sure that the wire leads are not damaged or loosened either.
Have you tried removing battery, unplugging all power to the system, plugging in the battery, then plugging the transformer back in?
If you need a new battery, compatible 6VDC batteries can be found from a variety of sources. Here is one on Amazon.
