Low Battery Issue - Meter-

Hello. I have the following error on my system: Meter (ID:8) - Low Battery

I replaced the battery on the window sensor that was number 8, but apparently that wasn’t the right one. How can I determine which sensor is the one with the low battery? Also, since I just installed this system, I am surprised that there is already a low battery.


The low battery message “Meter (ID:8) - Low Battery” is not referring to Zone 8 but rather an Energy Meter Device. This device can be seen in the emPower device tab on Alarm.com. This should help you locate the culprit of that message.
