I recommend looking at the connections at the super switch takeover module before replacing the sensors. There’s no way of knowing until you try it but if all those sensors are tied together at the super switch then it’s possible one of those connections came loose which would cause the entire zone to be open.
Also, if you want, you can test each sensor right now without ordering replacements by shorting them one by one like you did with the jumper wire before. Make sure all the windows are closed. Then one by one short the two wires going the each sensor. If the zone shows closed when one of the sensors is shorted then that’s the problem sensor.
