Is there any way to reset the installer code for a 2gig panel? I seem to have completely mislaid the code and am at my wits end.
As long as it’s communicating a little with Alarm.com we can reset it for you. Send an email to customerservice@suretydiy.com requesting the installer code to be reset and include the address of the location and your central station password for verification.
