I am not showing any Z-Wave devices associated with your account. Are these devices still paired to the panel?
Did you have a power outage recently? If so, we have seen cases in the past where the Z-Wave devices are removed from panel. If that is the case, they need to be individually cleared, then added, to the panel manually.
