A panel I have has a “loss of transceiver supervision” alert. I had a spare transceiver I tried but the alert persists. They are both the basic 345mhz type. Sensor communication still works though. I also updated firmware to 1.13. Any idea how I could clear the alert?
Did you happen to swap the transceiver with the panel still powered, even just battery?
You will want to have the panel completely powered down when changing out hardware components. Power cycling the panel should remove this alert, if it returns after booting back up, the issue is probably with the panel.
