I have an image sensor that is having a loss of supervision. I saw on this forum that I needed you to remove it for me. How do I make that happen?
I’ve checked and your rules have been successfully confirmed. Have you tried the “peek in” feature to see if its working now since the loss of supervision error? This will help us to see if the issue with the supervision feature or if the sensor is truly not communicating.
Have there been any other errors associated with the Image Sensor, such as a low battery warning? Has the location of the Image sensor moved?
Have you tried to remove the sensor from your panel programming, perform a factory reset (use a paperclip pushed into the small hole on the front of the sensor for about 15 second, or three cycles of the flashing red light), and re-add it again as desired?
